Do not use any cleaners for the inside of a microwave. Some suggested ways are: Lemon slices in a microwave glass bowl with water microwaved on high. Oranges and limes also work well.  Wipe down afterwards. Another method is using white Vinegar diluted with water. Spray this solution inside and wipe it clean.
