Sea Green Natural Cleaning, LLC Mission Statement
To put it bluntly, my mission is to keep this Earth turning as long as possible. The manufacture of traditional cleaning products uses 6.2 billion lbs. of chemicals. Many of these chemicals are limited in supply and found in nonrenewable natural resources. The EPA ranks poor indoor air quality among the top five environmental risks to public health. This EPA study further concluded that the toxic chemicals in household cleaners are 3 times more likely to cause cancer than outdoor air.
I have children and pets and I want them to grow up in a healthy environment, not one with land, water, and air polluted by chemicals. Having been in the cleaning business for most of my life, — first as a daughter while managing my family business, then as an adult managing my own residential cleaning business — I know that there are many harmful cleaning products on the market. I have been exposed to these harmful cleaning products in the past. I will no longer expose myself to harmful products nor will I expose them to my clients. Sea Green Natural Cleaning, LLC is a green company. We only use home cleaning products that are made using sustainable manufacturing practices and with safe, biodegradable ingredients that don’t negatively impact the environment. We only have one planet.
