At Sea Green Natural Cleaning, we value your home and appreciate the trust that you have bestowed upon us. For your protection and ours, please read the following company policies:
General Liability Insurance
Sea Green Natural Cleaning is a professional, residential cleaning service located in Surf City, North Carolina. We are fully insured with $500,000.00 in general liability insurance for your protection.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Sea Green Natural Cleaning.
Residential Cleaning Hours
We clean houses Mondays through Fridays. However, Saturday appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings and holiday cleanings.
Payment for Services
Payment for our house cleaning services is due in full at the time of service. Sea Green Natural Cleaning gladly accepts payment in the following forms:

At the moment we are not taking credit card payments. We plan to accept credit cards in the near future.
Please note: If we arrive at your home for a scheduled cleaning and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a Venmo payment. If you are not available or do not wish to use Venmo, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Residential Cleaning Pricing
We charge by the hour. We need to see your home during an initial visit. At that point, we can offer a reasonable quote.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your appointment.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to our customers. However, please see our 24-Hour Guarantee below.
We want you to be 100% satisfied. As such, we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas with which you are dissatisfied — at no additional cost to you.
If you or anyone in your family comes down with a contagious illness, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after you or your family member are no longer contagious.
We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party unless required by law.
We encourage open communication to ensure a long lasting relationship. To express a concern, register a complaint, or express appreciation for good service, feel free to call or email the office. We will respond within 24 hours.
Our staff is responsible for cleaning several homes each business day. While we are happy to accommodate special requests (such as cleaning the oven, inside the refrigerator, and washing windows), we can best accommodate your requests if you provide us with advance notice. Rather than leaving a note in your home on the day of your cleaning appointment, please contact us 48 hours in advance at 203-710-3188. This allows us to thoroughly plan and execute cleaning schedules while accommodating your special request. Keep in mind that we will charge additional fees for work that is not normally included.
Your Cleaning Schedule
Once your day and time is assigned, it cannot be changed by the client, however — occasionally — we may need to alter your schedule and we reserve the right to do so.
At Sea Green Natural Cleaning Services, no tipping is required, but it is a wonderful and very much appreciated way to say thank you to your house cleaner. Remember…your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.
