Sea Green Natural Cleaning FAQs
A: We arrive at your home with our own cleaning supplies and equipment; however for cleanliness reasons, Sea Green Natural Cleaning, LLC requires that each client supply their own toilet bowl brush.
A: Please put away toys, personal items, and clutter.
A: It’s your choice. Some of our clients remain at home while we perform our services, while others leave us a key in a safe place at each visit.
A: Most people have pets. We are used to working around them. If your pets tend to get anxious around strangers, it would be best to keep them in an enclosed area during the first cleaning visit or until they become accustomed to the house cleaners. If you have treats, we’ll be glad to give them to your pets as well. We’ll be happy to take your dog for a walk as long as he or she are trained and friendly.
A: You can leave a key under a door mat or in the mail box the day of cleaning or you can give us the code to the garage. Please do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
A: You may pay by cash or check. Please leave your payment on a kitchen counter. Please make checks payable to: Sea Green Natural Cleaning, LLC. Payment is due in full on the day of service.
A: If you have contractors/plumbers, etc. coming to your home, feel free to schedule them at the same time as your scheduled cleaning but please inform us in advance. We'll be happy to let them in for you.
A: Our foremost concern is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with any of our cleaning services, we will be more than happy to return to your home at your convenience and re-clean any area that you feel did not meet with your specifications.
A: We offer our residential cleaning services in the areas surrounding Surf City, North Carolina. But that's negotiable. Contact us at 203-710-3188 if you are further away. If we can accommodate you, we'll be happy to work with you.
