How to Remove Sand from Your Body?

Summer is always fun at the beach, swimming, playing volleyball, corn hole, soaking up the rays and just chilling.

We clean a lot of beach houses and see a lot of sand inside. Ever wonder how you can leave the sand at the beach and not bring  it back in your car or house? I spend a lot of time at the beach in the water. It’s always been frustrating to me bringing  the beach back home.

Sure, you can rinse off in a shower… but even that some how doesn’t get all of it off and the problem is still there, (sand)

Couple suggestions too FOREVER solve this problem so the sand is left at the beach and not brought back with you, unless bringing home the sand was your intention?

  1.  Let your body dry out.
  2. Sprinkle baby powder or talcum powder onto your dried skin. In between your toes and even in your dried hair.
  3. Wear flip flops for shoes.
  4. Mesh bag, put your towel and anything else you have with you into the bag. The sand will fall out.
