We have seen on a few occasions a  stain from  Purple Shampoo.

What is Purple Shampoo?

Purple shampoo is a toning shampoo, especially designed for blonde hair, Silver hair, bleached hair or brassy hair. The violet pigments neutralizes brassy and yellow tones.

Purple shampoos main ingredient is ammonium salt, which  is water soluble. The best way to remove any stains are to use a cleaner with a high pH. Here are some natural cleaners with a high pH.

Washing soda 11

Borax 10

Baking Soda 8 to 9

Understanding a pH scale.

A quick and simple explanation of what the pH scale means: pH is  a measurement on how acidic/basic  water is. The range goes from 0-14, neutral is 7. Less than 7, indicate acidity, whereas a pH higher than 7 is a base. Example of a cleaner that is acidic is vinegar which has a pH of 2.
