Grout sealer, usually only last for about two years in high traffic areas. Sealer will need to be reapplied, especially in high traffic areas.

How to naturally clean grout that is dirty.
- A cup of warm water in an empty spray bottle
- Add 1/2 cup of Baking Soda to the warm water
- Add 1/4 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide to the warm water
- Shake up the mixture
- Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dishwashing detergent
- Set the spray to stream to apply directly onto the grout
- Let the mixture sat for about 5 minutes
- Gentle use a grout brush, scrub the grout
- Using a clean moisten sponge with plain water dub the grout and towel dry
- Wait about 45 minutes to dry and apply the sealer
Another naturally inexpensive way to get grout clean.
- Combine 1/2 of Baking soda and 1/4 cup of Borax to hot water
- Making a paste, apply it to the grout and let it set for 5 minutes
- Using a sponge, rinse the grout area with warm water
- If it is still gritty, use a little bit of white distilled vinegar on a micro fiber cloth.
