What does EWG stand for and why would you care?

EWG ( ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING GROUP ) it is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated in helping you live your healthiest life.

We encourage people to use this website whenever you are choosing a product for your home.  As a cleaning company we are always researching  products and understanding what the ingredients are before we use them.  Our #1 priority is our health as well as yours.

A few of our customers have asked us if we would use Bona products on their hardwood floors. They have been told by the flooring company or contractor that this is the best product to use. I say NO, to these customers and tell them there are chemicals in this product.  We don’t use chemicals. But, you don’t have to take my word for it. EWG, researches all the products and rates them according to the ingredients listed on the bottle. The above picture shows the rates for just one Bona product. We have been in the cleaning industry for a long time. For post construction sealed floors we ( ONLY ) use plain water with the mop ( ONLY ) damp. For residential cleanings  ( ONLY ) we use 2 ounces of vinegar to a full bucket of water, making sure the mop is not completely saturated. The mop is ( ONLY ) damp. Our researching never stops, our GOAL, is to give a fantastic cleaning experience for every customer.
